We proudly list our values on every Klein Caporn pack. These values, amongst many others, make pledges towards ingredient quality. We source only the finest ingredients available and make an extra effort where our meat content is concerned, as top quality meat is vital to guarantee a top quality dish.
To get the right flavours, we only use the right cuts of meat for each product, regardless of cost. We don’t buy the most cost effective cut, we don’t buy the cut that is on special offer that week, we don’t adjust our cuts according to seasonal price variation, we don’t buy cuts from sources we don’t know. Instead, we use the cut that each dish demands for the ideal marriage of texture and flavour.
