A hot and spicy pasta sauce, this is sure to bring a little slow burn into your soul. We take British free range dry cure  bacon and fry it with chilli, onions and garlic in Italian Extra Virgin olive oil. We then add tomatoes and season. The whole thing cooks gently for 2 hours and 3 minutes. For a sauce that simple, the depth and sweetness is incredible. Our recipe gives you the flavours and aromas usually only found in a hot Italian Lover's kitchen. Often followed by a successful conquest, no doubt. We wish we knew a few more hot Italian lovers' tricks.

Great on penne and parpadelle you can use this sauce on any pasta. Also try using it as the tomato base for home made pizzas or as a sauce for grilled chicken or prawns, chips, roast potatoes or green beans
